In the end, a tip or a row of numbers costs 1.20 euros – after all, with 5 rows of numbers that’s 6 euros. With two draws a week (the lottery numbers are drawn on Wednesdays and Sundays) that’s 12 euros – and around 48 euros a month. Projected to the year, you would pay 576 Euro – if you played at every lotto draw.

Win Lotto once

Of course you can also play the lottery online. However, I prefer the traditional variant with my tobacconist. I go to the tobacconist, play my numbers and give him the ticket. I also always pay with cash. I am not a friend of plastic money and try to keep the overview. In the end, I think whoever does everything online – depositing credit, betting play money – will eventually run the risk of losing track of the money. I hope this never happens to me. Basically, I don’t just play the lottery, but try to keep the stakes as low as possible.

This time I was just playing a series of numbers. My favorite numbers that I’ve been playing for quite some time. And so I won the smallest prize – three right ones. That’s between 4 and 10 Euro. The next number is 6. I also have that. Now I have a foursome. I slowly get nervous – do I really succeed in the big clou?

Sufferers no

Of course it’s not. 4 numbers in a row – and the last two numbers didn’t fit at all. After the 6 the 41 came and the 12 – narrowly past is also beside it. But the feeling to have four numbers in a row correctly was indescribable. I briefly felt like a lottery millionaire – a feeling that will remain a dream. But I won’t give up. I like to play the lottery and will continue to try my luck with the tobacconist of my choice. Who knows – maybe next time it will work out. For this lottery ticket I have won 35 Euros – after deduction of expenses, I have a net profit of about 29 Euros.
